Viruses and 4Shared

I've been reading on various blogs/forums about people getting viruses and such from the ads on 4Shared. All of my freebies are hosted there and they are virus free. At this time I plan to move my kits, etc to my home server until I can find a better solution to 4Shared. Since our server at home is re routed though a third party some people may be blocked by their ISP. I know I can't access it from my work. If anyone has a problem please e-mail at absolute_angel at cox dot net. I can't make this change until I get home from work tonight. Just please be careful when using 4Shared.

· Extreme fatigue or loss of sleep
· Chest problems such as difficulty breathing, aches, heaviness, tightness or burning feeling

Women are more likely to ignore the signs of a heart attack or stroke. Did you know that February is National Heart Awareness Month? The American Heart Association has launched its national Go "Red For Women" campaign this month. On February 6 women..and men..all across the country were encouraged to wear red to support for the fight against the #1 killer of women...heart disease. One of the most alarming facts about this statistic is that many don’t know that womens symptoms of a heart attack are different than mens. How many deaths could be avoided each year if people knew what symptoms to watch out for?

This kit is dedicated to my Step Dad, who I recently lost to heart disease. And while the kit is for awareness of Women's Heart Disease, ALL of us need to be aware of it. Men and women alike.
