Did you know that February is National Heart Awareness Month? The American Heart Association has launched its national Go "Red For Women" campaign this month. On February 6 women..and men..all across the country were encouraged to wear red to support for the fight against the #1 killer of women...heart disease. One of the most alarming facts about this statistic is that many don’t know that womens symptoms of a heart attack are different than mens. How many deaths could be avoided each year if people knew what symptoms to watch out for?

This kit is dedicated to my Step Dad, who I recently lost to heart disease. And while the kit is for awareness of Women's Heart Disease, ALL of us need to be aware of it. Men and women alike.
